Executive Vice President
Jason is the Executive Vice President (EVP) – Corporate Development. Jason brings with him over 25 years of operations, business development, marketing corporate governance and financial control oversight in the accounts receivable and call centre management industry. His experience also includes multi-branch global responsibilities in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Australia. He is responsible for defining and implementing the services development and delivery model focused on providing superior service and results through traditional and new service solutions, driving revenue and profitability standards, while overseeing the firms plan with respect for BPO operations standards across North America. Jason oversees corporate activities related to operations, development, client care, compliance oversight, quality control and training to strengthen processes and provide best in class service results to our clients, employees and shareholders.
