Walter has overall responsibilities for FDR’s sales and Client Services initiatives, ensuring that clients’ requirements are met and exceeded. Since joining FDR Ltd. two years ago, Walt has been successful in securing several of the largest clients in the Canadian market. Prior to joining FDR’s team, Walt spent twelve years as VP Sales for one of Canada’s largest collection agencies. Previous to this, he was in the technology sector in a variety of sales and management roles, including Canadian President of a major international corporation. He has been actively involved with the industry association for many years and brings extensive knowledge and experience to the team.

Andy has over 20 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing and Receivable Management industry with 17 years at a Senior Executive position. Andy has worked successfully for some of Canada’s top companies and responsible for the overall growth of FDR. He is a graduate of the University of Guelph and is active within the BPO/Receivable Management industry.

Michael F. is the general counsel and chief privacy officer for Financial Debt Recovery (“FDR”). He joined FDR in early 2017 after having held general counsel roles with small to mid-size Canadian financial firms. After starting his law career with a boutique law firm and then moving into corporate law, Michael F. was named general counsel for FDR and now oversees the litigation staff, manages the commercial acquisitions and serves as Head of Legal and Compliance.

Bela has over 20 years of progressive finance and management accounting experience.  After graduating from Seneca College, Bela became a Chartered Accountant.  She has worked as a financial leader in a number of industries including Collection Agencies and brings a background of financial procedures and controls to Financial Debt Recovery Ltd.
